We can help you optimize Energy Efficiency and Sustainability in a the most cost conscientious manner at the conceptual stage of a building’s design. We coordinate with the Design and Development Team from the inception to establish a building’s baseline of energy loads. Through our Energy Modeling expertise, we can demonstrate how energy consumption can be impacted by changing variable such as building orientation, insulation thickness, window sizes and type, shading, variety of heating and cooling sources, occupancy, etc. This allows us to show how changes in any of the components impact the overall budget of the project.
At TEA, we strive to produce a high-quality product using the most economical, efficient systems and equipment available to meet our clients’ needs, expectations, and budgets. The engineers at TEA work with the client from start to finish. We begin by creating a conceptual design, based on the client’s description of needs, then prepare accurate construction documents for bidding and installation. We then administer the installation of the systems, and finally commission the systems for the building operator.
