This was a major renovation/addition resulting in an $18 million, 80,000 SF, high tech aircraft repair/maintenance facility located at the Burlington Airport in South Burlington, VT. TEA was CxA for the LEED team which received a LEED Gold certification from the US Green Build Organization.
Principal Glenn Thomas PE, is licensed in Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. He is a Certified Commissioning Authority allowing him to commission buildings throughout the US. Glenn is also a LEED accredited professional.
