We coordinate with the Design and Development Team from the inception to establish a building’s baseline of energy loads. Through our Energy Modeling expertise, we can demonstrate how energy consumption can be impacted by changing variable such as building orientation, insulation thickness, window sizes and type, shading, variety of heating and cooling sources, occupancy, etc. This allows us to show how changes in any of the components impact the overall budget of the project.
