Our Process
At TEA, we strive to produce a high-quality product using the most economical, efficient systems and equipment available to meet our clients’ needs, expectations, and budgets. The engineers at TEA work with the client from start to finish. We begin by creating a conceptual design, based on the client’s description of needs, then prepare accurate construction documents for bidding and installation. We then administer the installation of the systems, and finally commission the systems for the building operator.

TEA is an active member of American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). TEA actively pursues sustainable, green building design and its principal is a LEED Accredited Professional certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
